Our History

For Andrew R. Mancini Associates Inc., the foundation of our business has always been hard work, dedication and trust. From the beginning, almost 46 years ago, the plan seemed simple. We were a modest company that specialized in acoustical contracting.  We built a reputation as a quality firm focused on customer and client satisfaction. From those humble beginnings, we have grown into what is known today as one of the most respected general contracting firms in the Southern Tier of New York and Northeast Pennsylvania.

What sets us apart from all the rest is our hardworking and dedicated employees. Our firm now completes multi-million dollar projects by "self performing" most of our own work. By using our team of employees to install concrete foundations, drywall, woodwork and the same acoustical material that built us as a company, we find we have the ability to perform 60 percent of the project in house, giving us the ability to control costs and keep a project within budget and on schedule.  Simultaneously we have the ability to monitor several construction issues often overlooked, including but not limited to safety and quality control. We feel this is extremely important when every dollar counts and construction overhead is consistently increasing.

Andrew R. Mancini Associates Inc. has built strong relationships over the years with design engineers, architects, subcontractors, property owners and suppliers who trust us to not only give them the best the industry has to offer, but do so at affordable honest pricing. As a result of those relationships we now service many different markets. We've been involved in the construction and renovation of buildings in the healthcare, education and manufacturing industries and municipalities rely on us for our knowledge of infrastructure and access to superior products. Property owners and small business owners also trust us as a large form that understands the needs of "the little guy." We were there once, and our feeling has always been they have been the true foundation of our success.

Moving forward our plan is to continue to grow as a general construction firm by making solid management decisions and cultivating new relationships without sacrificing the quality and dedication which made us the successful company we are today. It's been working for 46 years and we hope to build on this simple business model.
